Do you deliver on 24 December?

CTT deliver on the morning of the 24th, but we do not guarantee that date for any order: it depends on network volume that week. That is why our deadlines stop on the 20th.

Can I order for several different recipients?

Yes. Place one order per delivery address, or write to us with the list and we handle it as a single invoice with separate shipments — which is what we do for companies.

Christmas deadlines: how late you can order

To receive before Christmas in mainland Portugal, order personalised pieces by 15 December and ready-to-ship pieces by 20 December. For the islands, bring both dates forward by five days.

December is the month when everyone discovers at the same time that they need a gift. These are the dates we work to, already including the margin CTT need during the busiest week of the year.

Email gift card — until 24 December, delivered at a time you pick

If you missed the deadline

The email gift card solves the problem without looking like an excuse: you pick the value, we write the message, and it arrives at the time you choose on the 24th or 25th. The recipient then picks the piece and the personalisation calmly in January, without December's pressure.
