Non-personalised pieces
You have 30 days from delivery to return with no reason given — more than the 14 days the law requires. The piece must come back complete and in resalable condition. We send the return label and refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.
Personalised pieces
They cannot be returned on a change of mind, because they are made to your specification (article 17 of Decree-Law 24/2014). They can always be replaced if there is a manufacturing defect or a difference from the preview you approved.
Legal guarantee
All products carry a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Portuguese Decree-Law 84/2021. During that period we repair or replace any piece with a manufacturing defect at no cost.
