Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the rate in force in Portugal (23%). We accept credit and debit cards, MB WAY and Multibanco. Payment is processed by PCI-DSS certified providers; MYGU does not store card data.
Personalised products
Products made to consumer specification — name, date, photograph or message — are excluded from the right of withdrawal under article 17(1)(c) of Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014. We always send a preview for approval before producing, and production only starts after that approval.
Content you send us
By sending a photograph or file for personalisation, you confirm you have the right to use it. We use that content only to produce your order and delete it 90 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep it so you can reorder.
Dispute resolution
In case of a dispute, consumers may turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body under Portuguese Law 144/2015. The European online dispute resolution platform is also available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The electronic complaints book is at livroreclamacoes.pt.
