What data we collect
To process an order: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address and, if you provide it, your tax number. For personalisation: the text, dates and files you send us. To run the site: anonymous technical browsing data.
On what legal basis
Performance of the contract, for everything needed to make and deliver the order. Legal obligation, for invoicing and accounting. Consent, only for the newsletter — which you can cancel from any email we send you.
For how long
Invoicing data: 10 years, as required by tax law. Personalisation files: 90 days after delivery. Account data: until you ask for deletion. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
Who we share with
CTT, for delivery. The payment provider, to process the transaction. The transactional email service, to send you confirmations. We do not sell data to anyone and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of processing by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) at cnpd.pt.
