You have 30 days to return any non-personalised piece, with no reason given. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Personalised pieces — with a name, date, photo or message — are excluded from the right of withdrawal, under article 17 of Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014. If a piece arrives faulty or different from what you approved, we replace it at no cost.
Photograph the box and the piece and send it to [email protected] within 48 hours. We make it again and ship it at no cost, with nothing to send back.
You get the CTT code by email as soon as the order leaves the studio. Tracking usually updates a few hours later.
